To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolFront and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to VolFront in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify VolFront against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
